Hi, I'm Tim.
Where It Started
I grew up in Rogers, Arkansas and graduated from Rogers High in 1997. While working in banking, I attended Northwest Arkansas Community College and completed my Associate of Arts degree before transferring to John Brown University, where I graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
Fifteen Years in Banking
I continued my banking career over the next fifteen years, working for banks such as Simmons First National Bank, Arvest Bank, Liberty Bank, and finally finishing my banking career at Community First Bank in Pea Ridge. In banking, I grew a profound love for working in real estate. Over my last several years in banking, I worked as a VP of Commercial Loans, which gave me the opportunity to see a side of real estate that most Realtors don't have the pleasure of experiencing.
The Leap Into Real Estate
In early 2009, partners at Exit Pro Realty finally talked me into fulfilling my dream of becoming a business owner as well as a licensed real estate agent. The transition from banker to Realtor was better than I expected. In order to better serve our customers, our franchise changed to Keller Williams Market Pro Realty in 2013, which is when the Tim Wang Team was created.
Building New Leaf
That closeness to real estate eventually pulled me one step further, into building. For the last six years, I've put that same background to work building quality, energy-conscious homes and thoughtfully designed communities across Northwest Arkansas.
From banker, to Realtor, to builder — it's been a career I couldn't have planned better myself, and I'm looking forward to many more years doing exactly this.
