About Clay
I've called Northwest Arkansas home for the past 13 years, and I can honestly say there's nowhere else I'd rather be. This community has a way of getting into your bones — the energy, the growth, the people — and I feel that every single day.
I'm proud to represent New Leaf Construction, LLC, a builder I genuinely believe in. Whether you're already here and ready to upgrade, or you're moving to NWA for the first time, I love helping people find their place in this incredible region.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me tailgating with my wife of 30 years and our three kids before a Razorback game. I bleed red — and I know this community inside and out.

Life in NWA
Northwest Arkansas isn't just one of the best places to work — it's one of the best places to live. With over 300 miles of mountain bike trails, a booming arts scene, and Crystal Bridges Museum steps away, the lifestyle here is unlike anything you'll find in a typical corporate relocation destination.
Moving to NWA?
Whether you're moving across the country or across town, I'll help you find the right community, the right floor plan, and the right homesite — and walk you through every step of building with New Leaf Construction.
Bella Vista, Bentonville, Rogers, Gentry — I'll help you compare neighborhoods, commutes, and lifestyle so you land in the right spot.
Browse floor plans and photo galleries online, then set up a call or an in-person tour whenever you're ready.
From homesite selection and design choices to financing and closing day, you'll have someone local in your corner the whole way.
